What is Marketing Skills Training?
A customized workshop designed to upskill the professionals at your organization on how to refine and expand their marketing competencies and boost your company’s impact as a result. Each training is designed and facilitated by Brian Honigman, a marketing consultant who has trained teams at NATO, Zillow, Entertainment Weekly, Mavenir, Software AG, Universidad Francisco Marroquín, Inter-American Defense College, and the European Commission.
Training will be provided to attendees through a mix of short lectures, reviewing relevant case studies, interactive discussions, and hands-on exercises. Each training duration is different, ranging from two hours to three days of eight-hours of instruction. – What’s the typical duration of a training engagement? It depends on your needs but the shortest workshop engagement is two hours and the most in-depth training workshops are three full days of eight hour sessions.
– How soon can we schedule an training session with Brian? Based on client commitments, I’m typically booked about a month in advance. I’m flexible to your team’s availability and will make every effort to coordinate quickly.
– Is there a limit to the number of attendees that can enroll? The limit is 50 people attending each session. While most marketing teams are small and mighty, many enterprise organizations have large marketing departments which would require Brian delivering the training over a few sessions to accommodate.
– Are these training sessions customized to my organization? Yes, I do my homework when it comes to preparation. Each marketing skills training is personalized to your firm’s circumstances so all the recommendations, examples, and considerations are relevant.
– Can the workshop be recorded? Yes, the training session can be recorded for a fee, added to the total cost.
– What’s the cost of a marketing skills workshop? The fee for each workshop varies depending on the duration of the training, the preparation time required, the number of attendees, the seniority of the attendees, the instructor’s travel expenses, and other factors. Please email me for a quote.
– Will there be hands-on exercises and supplementary materials provided? Yes, all my trainings include exercises during the workshop to encourage a real-time application of the concepts being introduced, provide an opportunity to offer immediate feedback to each attendee, and spur discussion amongst the group. In addition, I’ll produce cheat sheets, one pagers, and other relevant resources to assist attendees in immediately applying these marketing skills.
